Work plan
 

By the payment of a cleaning element, you receive the following operations adjusted to your needs with a predeterminated plan of work:

II). - Daily:
1. Dust cleaning of furniture including writing-desks, archivers, banister rails, display cabinets, lamps, blinds and curtains, etc.
2. Wipe sweeping of all its floors.
3. Drain and cleaning of ash trays and baskets.
4. Cleaning, disinfection and desodorizan of sanitary services.
5. Cleaning of stains from glasses in doors, windows, mirrors, sideboards.
6. Vacuum cleaning and/or brushing of carpets.

    
     
 
 

II). - Weekly:
1. Deep cleaning and polish of covers.
2. Wipe stains out of floors.
3. Dust clean of areas such as pictures, extinguishers, furniture bases, doorframes, etc.
4. Report of fails in the building (fused lamps, obstructed drainages, water flights, etc.)
5. Outer sweep of sidewalks.
6. Washing and disinfection of toilets.

III). - Monthly:
1. Washing of furniture, chairs and armchairs.
2. Washing of baskets, stationers and scavengers.
3. Clean stains out of desktops, archives, tables, etc.
4. Removal of tracks in light switchs, doors, walls, etc.
5. Cleaning of ironworks in baths.
